Normally round pellets were obtained but some formulations didn't produce round pellets. In the second part of the study, the influence of the speed of screw and powder feeding rate on the required level of power consumption was considered. A correlation between the water-content and pellet shape was evident. Accounting for screw speed extruder, it was necessity to  adjust the net power consumption instead of the total power consumption. The influence of the speed of screw on water-content of extruded and consequently on the pellet shape was not significant in the studied range.
